So a 5:30 AM workout would do it for you?

 

lol shoot that's when I wake up right now. I could do it. just depends on where I guess because I'd need to shower before work if that's the case.

Well, the Y has showers and they open at 5:30. But to be honest, my motivation to workout in the morning is slim to none when morning comes. Lol. I hate waking up before 7. I was told to wake up at 5AM all through college and just don't want to do it anymore.

 

I feel you on that 100%. 5:30 wakeup feels like my limit..

I paid 850 for my 33s

 

I'm lucky at my job, as long as I roll in by 8ish I'm good. So 7:15 is when I normally wake up. Otherwise I'm unproductive and might as well have slept. Lol.

haha yeah my hours are flexible too, I just tend to do the 630 to 3 timeframe as my usual. I prefer earlier rather than later because of traffic.

Im off today for my wifes biopsy. Ill check my work schedule tomorrow to see if im on or off that weekend.

 

I use BeachBodyOnDemand and work out at my house. There are lots of different styles of exercise. Some with weights and some without. All have calendars and meal plans for you to follow and stay on track. I've been doing these for about 2 years and really like it.

 

is that free?

 

No it's a yearly access plan of about $100 dollars, so still less than any gym. You can do any of the 30 some odd workout plans. I've got a younger guy at work doing Insanity Max 30 with me right now. The workout is much harder than I would have picked, but I'm not going to be showed up. You can go look at all their programs before you spend any money, even do a few of the free ones. I like working out at my house after the family goes to bed for the night (my time).
