Whole house. Roughly 1200sqft. Currently has 16" raw marble tile everywhere minus the bedrooms which are carpet. We want to rip out everything and do that wood tile.

So wife and I had a gift card to the Keg, went last night for dinner. I paid the remaining bill on a CC I haven't used in a month and don't have tied to any recurring payments or online accounts like Amazon etc. Only been used 3x since December both other times to pay medical bills 1 in person and 1 online. The online one I usually used my other cc and that one hasn't been used for fraud. Haven't left my wallet anywhere either.

Have a feeling the waiter swiped my card at dinner and went Amazon shopping tonight. No way to b prove it though. Can't think of any other possibility for someone getting my cc info

You own the property behind the wall and you own the sidewalk. The city will maintain the sidewalk but anything else is up to you. If you want to have it cut/trimmed you'll have to do it yourself. The city won't touch it no matter how much damage it's doing to the back wall. I've dealt with Chandler and wall damage/issues a lot last year. They forced me to paint the entire wall in July. If we had an HOA they'd take care of that but since we a super lucky and don't live in a HOA so it's all your problem.

Palms are easy to take down. All you need is a chainsaw. :D The wall isn't a big deal and if you do want to fix the wall that's also very easy to do.

    I figured..

my main concern is the wall at this point. We need to cut down the 2 in the front as well... so we will just do the rear at the same time. The wall tho.. I could probably push it over as of now, so I want to get it fixed.. but I'm no mason...

It may not be as bad as you think. Neighbors huge tree we cut down a few years ago had my wall arched up like yours and it's still really strong. Strong enough that Jetta and Cooper can hang off it and it doesn't move. If you do want to fix it that's simple. Concrete and cinder blocks is all you need. Maybe a sledgehammer.

As for the palms cutting them down is easy. The stumps are going to be somewhat of a pain in the ass because they are so close to the wall but with a stump grinder it can be done.

I'd like to have the wall fixed, or at least have the cracks filled.

to be honest.. I dont really want to fuck with that or the palms. I'd rather pay someone to do it easier and faster than I could. Some things I just dont like to mess with and would rather pay.

Just a bunch of old crap
Alu-Cab Gen 3 tent put on this morning and tested out. Awning gets installed on Sunday but the brackets for it are already installed on the driver's side and coated. So glad I did the color match instead of going with black powdercoat. The grey tent fabric even matches my truck interior color.

Ladder attaches either on the side or on the bracket I added to the passenger side rail. When the awning is open, I'll use the ladder on the side instead of the rear.

Load rails ready to install on the top of the tent later today for hauling my kayak, bikes, gear, etc.
