If you are running the version of TS that uses the TS_loader.exe crack it won't work. Need to go back to the old style crack.

Download the files below and follow the instructions in the .txt file. Use the serial there also. Do not use TS_Loader. After entering the serial # click OK. Close and re-open Techstream. It should work.

I was just going to say I’ve tried 2 different versions of TS from the thread several times and can’t get past the password/key field. Thanks for the info

Let me clarify what I said. TS version 13.30.018 that I shared a while ago came with a crack that does not require any kind of key. It works perfectly fine for customization and clearing codes. It will not work for flashing TSB CUW files because of the way it works.

The files I shared above are not necessarily for that version, but they work fine and will let you flash the TSB. You can use whichever method you want to accomplish what you need to do.

I took the links I had posted down because I didn't realize until after sharing that the "new" method with TS_loader.exe would not work for the TSB flash.

Cool! Seriously thinking about flashing to 04B04 tonight at work. I’m just growing impatient and jealous of everyone else having fun with the new tunes. Lol. It’s probably good to get current with what @OVTune is on also.

I have. 87 base is fine for daily commuting. 87 Performance has serious tip-in and better speed holding because of it. Haven't noticed a change in shift points, but they seem great with my 6k lb truck. Running the performance tune now (preferable - more fun)

If you download this one: http://blog.obdii365.com/2017/05/09/toyota-techstreamv12-10-019-free-download/
there are 3 files in the compressed download. After you install TS you have to replace the executable with one of the files in the download, then when you start up TS you can successfully put the key in.

Think when we buy the Turbo we'll get a credit for the Tune since we already have it ?
My ECU is 04B03 on my '17.

Are there other benefits in reflashing to 04B04 ?

Where does that come from ? :notsure:

You will be able to snag the latest 04B04 Performance tunes if you're so inclined... since the performance tunes have not been released for 04B03 quite yet.

Hi, I just purchased the kit. I have one question about the instructions.

I have to emailed ovtune “twice” before I can flash the truck?

First email is when you send him your info and wait for his reply back.

Second email is when your connected to your truck and send him more info regarding the truck and wait another 1-3 days before I flash the truck?

That was the confusing part for me. Thx
