I'm running basically the same tire albeit in a 17" on Ray10's...no rubbing and no trimming needed.

Cooper MTP. They're not for the faint of heart but DAMN do they hook off road. The lugs are so aggressive and offset that once you drop down below ~10mph the truck vibrates. I would recommend the Maxx or the stt pro over them, though I do love them for the price. Not horribly loud on the road though which is nice.
