Really starting to think we all should get together and just play in the snow when it's very inconvenient for everyone else.

    That’s ok.

Also don’t let kids run out into traffic, that happens too. Sketchy

I usually keep them locked up in the truck while I go out to play. They don't do well in the cold.

I'm just realizing we may be talking about two different situations. Are you talking about pulling off the side of main highway to go play or a side/ Forrest road that is backed up by a bunch of stuck 4x4?

Main highway. 108 turns into a zoo anytime there is snow.

I’ll take a photo next time I head up.

Not enough to have a build thread.
@cbechtold I think I'm going to bow out on the snow wheeling this weekend. Any time I have needs to be dedicated to house stuff and getting ready for other stuff and things. Got 3 sets of valve cover gaskets to do, install my snorkel, build a dog platform, etc.

Ya that's a hell of a deal. I paid 16.5k for my 06 with 128k miles. And I looked for months. However I was very picky about the options it had to have for me to consider

I can spend about 25k maybe 30k. Found a nice 16 TRD off road 4x4 v6 3.5 manual 6 speed and yes I will off road the shit out of this thing. Private seller it has 32k miles on it all stock. Going kinda crazy searching everywhere.

If you are willing to spend 30K on a used one, why not fork out extra 4 or 5K and get a brand new? I was in a same boat when looking for a truck. Plus, if you buy a brand new you will have warranty and I was able to get like 1.5% interest rate from Patelco credit union. They were charging close to 4% for used ones...so at the end of the day...there wasn't huge difference in payment.

Anyone in this thread got some good advice/suggestions on an exhaust?
I’ve got a 2.5 Gen Taco and there seems to be too many options.

I did that at first. Got bored and wanted something different and got a cheap mbrp from Amazon. Can’t complain though it didn’t improve anything except sounds a bit better
