@Tacomania @Thtguyrandy are you guys ordering assembled 3rds or are you ordering the gears and gearing yourself? Curious to see how difficult it is just to buy the gears and do it yourself.

Where were you thinking of ordering them? I was gng to call them (poly performance) and try and get a deal on the lowers and gears plus another item i am debating. Do you have someone else in mind?. I can get a 10% disco but i want to get a 20% for what i want to get from them

You can buy an assembled 3rd and clamshell from ECGS and then get a refund when you send your old 3rd and clamshell back to them.

I'm sure Austin can do it. I'm sure Mt Schiele can do it. I'm sure most differential shops should be competent enought to do it. the question is do you want to pay for the labor? However when I helped Steve with his diffs its definitely an all day project.

Austin can build a third without issue. He’s built two for me plus the front of the LandCruiser as well. I’ve seen him in a few others for customers and himself.

Really? I’ve so much great feedback, I guess I’ve heard some bad experiences as well, but way more on the good side. You been running OEM gears all these years?
