Tomorrow is read across America and my wife's school is having the staff dress up as a character from a book. So they are all dressing up as characters from the Wizard of Oz. She's the lion. Well, the dog found the tail from the costume...

For your and my own sake, I can't wait for things to warm up. This is the time of year when we're about fed up with winter visitors and want them gone. Patience is getting pretty thin. Had to do alot of things around town today and trying to take care of business is frustrating enough without the packed streets, packed parking lots, long lines of people who want to argue a sales flier over $0.39. I'm tired of going to pick up parts at places who have painted trailer parking spots for those of us that pull trailers only to find them full of cars and mini vans with license plates from the northern tier states and as well as a whole other country. Tired, just fucking tired. Not saying the locals are better, there's just less of them and they usually move with more of a sense of urgency.

It's not. Electric got roughed in but the windows and door are the wrong size and the architect has to make more changes
No, I need to do it more often.

    Very well said
Like us up here during the summer when we get all them friggin tourists. Their sense of entitlement is over the top. They take over everything and the local are the outsiders. “I make more money then you do Mainer so bow to me.” I try to get as much lake fun as I can before Memorial Day. During the summer it will sometimes take me 45 min to go 5 miles and get home. So like you everything I do takes twice as long..
So yea they are in the way....

Only this time of year? Try having that year round, we are 30 minutes from Mickey Rat world, tourist from all over the world 365 days a year! And the migrated blue hairs especially over here by the space center... OMG!

    Morning y'all, FRIDAY!

    COOOFFFFEEEE!

Woke up to the most strange noise this morning, pupper figured out how to open her crate and was jumping on the side of the bed trying to relay the message that she'd left me the most wonderful warm package right where my feet hit the floor! Oh BTW Dad, I've also eaten a flip flop a sock and I finished off the arm of your favorite jacket hanging on the dinning room chair.. Any other damage that might have occured you will find later I'm sure, it will be another fun surprise! :annoyed::annoyed:

Good morning. Leaving for Memphis airport to pick up my kid. He text earlier and said he caught a ride to Philly airport with 5 college girls going on spring break. Sounds like his day is off to a pretty good start.
Hope everyone has a great day!
