I bought a stubby 17mm and it's been very handy. Enough that I bought the rest of the stubby set

Just spoke with the HR lady from yesterday,'s company. She said they were going to give me an offer and asked if I could have an answer by Monday. I said that I really am trying to be cautious and asked for next Friday. They were worried that I was just holding out for a bigger number and I said no, I just want to be really certain I find a place that's a good culture fit without just jumping into the first offer and do my remaining on sites. she said they could do that

I did ask if they did annual bonuses when she was talking about the benefits... she was like "we could write that into your offer if it would help" so I said "yeah, it would definitely help set you apart" :D

I salvaged mine when I hammered too hard after getting upset that it was just spinning when trying to take off the nut.

I flipped the castle nut over and used that as a die. Stuck a pick in the cotter pin hole to keep it from rotating as I chased the threads.

In other news, I got a wrench for you, @bot102

Screen printing is expensive the first time(creating the screens and such) if your looking for a cheeper option there is thermal papers that you can print on from a laser printer then heatpress/iron onto a shirt/hoodie
