Question for the Dallas area members - where do y’all recommend going for getting work done on your Tacoma such as:

    1. Schedule maintenance
    2. General fixing etc.
    3. Modifications

Sorry if this is the incorrect place for the question, I’m new to forums. I would appreciate direction on the correct place to post if this is not it.

    Thanks all!

Some members use Tandem offroad for all kinds of work and installs.

Cut off front and rear hangers and get the kit from ruff stuff specialties.
Get leaf springs from an 88 to 2012 Silverado and put them in. Get 14 inch shocks and extended brake lines.

It has more up and down travel and tows way better

Meh, it’s kinda gone downhill since then

For the 25k included service I’ve been going to longo in prosper and have had good experiences so far. I plan to do my own maintenance once that expires.
For mods and anything else, I would take it to tandem. They only work on Toyota’s and know the platform.

I have those autospecialty on outback. They’re a bit spongy, significant downgrade from Subaru oem brakes. Also non-wear areas rust super fast, so looks like crap. Might want to paint.
