    Anyone have powdercoating recommendations? I got hammer hangers from the marketplace and they are powder coated red. I was thinking of getting them sand blasted and recosted black instead of just painting over them

    Yes because you only need 4 inches in the back and with the short shackles I'm around 4 inches. Longer shackle you can get it taller.
    Watch the gas tank when you weld and removing the bed makes it alot easier

    Yes, ford 3/4 ton front towers work but mine didnt come in time so we made some out of square tube. For the lower axle mount I used a generic kit from trail gear and placed them to my liking

    Yes new hangers are needed, also you will have a ton more flex and if you want more travel then you will want to relocate those shock mounts...
