    Dave Ramsey is smart.
But you need to build credit and debt is usually the only way for most to do so. Saving to buy a house with cash might take a lifetime unless you live with mom.

I could see that if your a few 100k in CC debt. But a studentloan, car loan or home loan should not count as high debt, when judging ones caricature

High debt is less alarming than “wow this guy has a history of fucking people over, and according to this timeline of events.. still does.”

A lot can be learned about a person by what they do when nobody is looking.

90 application fee. But, they said 80% of the high school graduates get a scholarship and 95% go to college... If I'm here that long it'll pay off. Plus my kid is like me and does better with a better structure.

Guessing I need to get some bed stiffeners? Nothing in the bed. Nothing on the rails. But I've got quite a bit of play on the bedsides when I push on them and I've noticed the top has a pretty decent gap compared to the bottom. Not sure if I'm just noticing this and it's supposed to be like that or what lol

I HAD a rtt and rack on there before withiut stiffeners so maybe that's what caused it

Yeah mine is WAY off at the top compared to yours. I will probably just make my own since I've got some material laying around
