I think the owner of Chainline is a member on here that’s hosted get togethers?? I always intend on stopping by when I’m up at SeaTac but always get busy with work and forget.

Also for the record I have no problem supporting local breweries it’s just that the PNW and American small breweries in general all seem to make IPA beers. Personally me I don’t get the obsession up here with IPA only. Yes I’ve visited places like Fremont Brewery, but I gotta be honest I don’t really enjoy that type of beer too much.

The craziest I get is session, red hook, or say red stripe and even then it’s all ocasional. If you boys want to meet at a brewery I’m down.

IPA's are popular here, but every brewery I can think of offers something in each category. Fremont has five different pale ales!

Forgive me for not knowing all my beer names, but I believe I’ve also tried the Pale Ale? They all have this bitter after taste? Is it just me?

Try a pilsner. PBR is my dad's favorite beer too and what I always stock the cooler in my drift boat with because you can drink it all day without getting hammered lol.

    Your Dad has excellent taste.

I crack people up, they’ll be like “ what do you drink I’ll buy a six pack and bring it over.”
I’m like, I enjoy white trash beer so buy me some PBR. They always bust out laughing.

After returning from Germany a few years I’ve become a beer snob and look exclusively for Kolsch’s but settle for a Pilsner or Lager... y’all can keep those dark beers!

I have to say, rainier is pretty much all I buy unless we go to a brewery. I’m also up for meeting at a shit hole bar for $3 beers, seems just as good to me

Edit: shit hole bars are where I feel at home, not many nice places in Enumclaw:rofl:

Ironically, PBR is (or was) the hipster's beer of choice in Seattle.

Love a good Kolsch in the summer time. I'm mostly an IPA guy and there's no shortage of that here in Eugene.

I keep Ninkasi Total Domination in the kegerator most months. Been off beer so far this year for the most part so that guy is getting lonely out in the garage lol
