Add display and select fuel status. It work on both my 04 Tacoma and 97 T100.

Still having an issue with oil seeping out of the center housing. I half assed a guage to the center breather and it didn't read any positive pressure. I'm starting to lean towards the turbo having a bad seal.

If anyone sees anything I might be missing let me know.

If the turbo had been over pressurized then you may have compromised the seals already. Rebuild and retry!

@MadTaco461 when you were having O2 issues are you talking about the actual O2 post cat or the factory afr? I got a p0420 pending code while letting it idle. O2 was reading zero so it makes sense. Rev it up and it starts reading again.

Before the turbo install I'd often get the 420 code when coasting downhills for long periods or offroad around idle. Never paid attention to the sensor as I had no idea how anything worked at that time.

Where is your PCV hooked up? Stock location? If so, you might not be getting proper vacuum to keep crank pressure negative. Mine leaks oil too and most of my research says PCV

The pcv is routed to the catch can then back into the intake pre turbo. The other port in the valve cover is to atmosphere for now.

My issues with o2 where air leaks usually. Never threw a code though. I did change out both o2 sensors a while back before I added more boost to clean it up. Helped a little because they were old. Hot starts I still have issue because my maf sensor heat soaks.

How your drain flange with that oil leak? I only leaked out the turbine or compressor wheel. If you leak out of the center outside it's a plumbing issue

I put a scope in the previous owners afr port (now plugged) and didn't see any oil inside. This was after I let it cool so it could have burned off. It leaks in between the turbine housing and center housing. Going to double check the return line before ordering seals for the turbo.

With how the ventilation system is routed from the factory I was definitely putting 5psi into the crankcase. I'm thinking @MrCrowntown may be right and I compromised the seals by doing that.

Are you using any oil rated Teflon tape, on that NPT barb fitting?

Is that rubber hose, for the drain line, or PTFE(due to steel braid I ask.) ?

Is there silicone, or a fiber gasket a between the center cartridge outlet and drain adapter flange?

I used permatex high temp thread sealant on the oil feed barb. Just looked up the temperature rating and it's only 400°F. I was seeing 450°F with my temp gun. It doesn't appear to be leaking there though.

I'm not sure what the return hose is made of.

There's a fiber gasket between the flanges.

Ughhh I keep getting a p0101. I plan on trying to clean it but do you think it's worth replacing on a 12 year old maf sensor?

Take your air hose and see if there is any oil in the turbo housing / air hose.

I had the TB off the other day and there wasn't any sign of oil in the charge pipes that I noticed. It takes about 3 or 4 minutes for oil to start leaking out the turbo. This makes me think it's getting backed up and causing the leak.

There was some old thread locker or something in the feed port when I replaced the female fitting with a male. I did my best to keep that from falling into the hole but I guess there's a possibility that a piece is stuck in there blocking things. I think I'm at the point of breaking down the turbo.
