I don't know what it is, sorry. Maybe @OVTune can ring in on this with a little bit of wisdom. I'd let the dealer know that they are not to do any TBS without your approval first. Then you can at least tell them no.

 

So I just switched back to 87 Base. For my driving style, I like 87 Base better primarily because it accelerates more linear, i keep the accelerator pressed about 40% and it takes off from a traffic light just fine and shifts every gear at just about the right point (not too early). Also more linear under 60% throttle when getting on a freeway. MPG - so in both cases I disconnected the battery for 10 mins after flashing, so in both cases my trip reset. In both cases i took the exact same initial 8 mile trip, about 6 miles surface street, about 2 miles freeway, and drove it with the exact same driving style (to the best of my ability). At the end of the 8 miles the 87 Performance as 14.3 mpg, the 87 Base was 18.5. This is not really accurate of course because it needs a lot more miles and driving, but it does show that there is a difference. I am happy with this latest tune, putting away the laptop and grabbing a beer!

All the tunes are downloaded and flashed using Flash Manager.

 

Anyone use techstream to disable seatbelt chime? Ive flashed to latest tsb using techstream but all the other functions dont seem to work or am i missing somthing?

I disabled my chimes and changed the number of turn signal blinks.

 

Yeah. Chimes, blinker count... however when I tried to change the single unlock to all doors, it didn’t stick... might have to look at that one again

 

We will be on the dyno for the next 2 hours.
Will have a lot of info to unwind.

 

Where do you find the single door lock option? I want to try that.

You can data log with Techstream. But I use OBD Fusion on my Android and the Kitbest bluetooth OBD scanner for real time monitoring.
