I'm torn on this one.

I will admit it would take some abuse to bust a R&P and create enough energy to throw part through the diff cover but I will also admit that I dont think a stock Tacoma could do that even under the worst shock loading. The Tacoma simply doesn't generate enough torque.

Most common breakage under shockload is the axle with extreme torque, to grenade a diff takes a lot more.

Personally, there is no way my wife would be able to grenade a diff if she tried.
