    I remember quite a few years ago working on a med duty 2002 Freightliner M2 box truck with a driver reported brake issue !! . He mentioned to me that the brakes felt weird and seemed to take more effort to stop . Crawled under the front of the truck and noticed something odd , the front rotors were so worn they were missing . I checked his logbook and most recent pre trip report for that day and he stated brakes were good !!!l :facepalm:. Looks like this driver wasn't doing a proper Pre trip and no reporting a brake issue until it became that bad
