Whens the next time a group may be heading here? I have a friend who picked up a Raptor a little while back, and he'd like to see what its capable of. I'd also like to play a little, even though my truck is still stock (sticking to easy trails, of course). I'll have to get started on some of those cheep/free mods.

i'm down to go almost any weekend given enough notice. your buddy is going to scratch the hell out of that raptor though...they're 7 in wider than a stock F150.

There won't be anything there to really let the Raptor stretch its legs but it's a great place knocking around.

I usually break something every time I'm there. :p

Subscribed and watching to see what interest is shown.

Yeah, I realize the Raptor won't be in its desired habitat, but it could still be fun. The Raptor is is DD; I think he'd be more upset about a scratch on his Shelby Super Snake, but not so much on his Raptor.

    Lets do it here!

What date works best for everyone? Ideally I'm aiming for a Saturday or Sunday, and sometime before the 8th (Can't do the 8th).

I don't know that Rausch will show what a Raptor is capable of. Most of the tougher trails are pretty tight, so the Ford might not fit. It could stay on the greens though without issue, hardly a challenge.

from my understanding of their trail rating system anything our trucks with lockers should be able to take most all greens and the easier blues , well probably except mine , im pretty sure my bald ass fails won't get me far, but thats why i carry recovery equipment, and i can get a friend to bring his lifted 1500 crew cabl long box, if that fits im sure the raptor will

Blues with no lift not a good idea.

Some of the greens should be blues and some of the blues should be black. They have a terrible map and trail rating system.

Have you been up there this year Joe? The trails are in bad shape after last winters snow, big ruts everywhere.

No. I can only imagine how bad the rating system is now.

I'd be down to make the trip there, but I wheel an older pathfinder, not my brand new taco :) I haven't been in a year or so, have they expanded on their map and added any new trails?

Yikes! Haha.. Well, I'm still down to do the green's in my stock truck. If I could sell my damn Mustang, I could probably spare some money on a lift and tires.

Is anyone interested in going sometime soon? I see a few saying they'd go in a month.

they added a whole new area across the street. 1200 more acres or something like that.
