Which by the way Id use flap disks for that not grinding disks. Will work much better to smooth over the edges.

If I see you driving on the street with that, imma kick you in the dick! Don't know how many people I've see lately driving around on the street with light bars on. Sorry about the rant. I hope that they work well on your OFFROAD adventures.

God AirGas is the biggest ripoff in history. I paid almost $200 for a tiny 20cf tank with C25 from my local store.

Buy a bigger bottle. Its cheaper the bigger you go. Like way cheaper. 80cf cost me $140 from my supplier.

Ran outta gas so I did some grinding. Called it quits for the day and mocked up the bars to get an idea of how it will look.

It looks like you have OEM bushings that you are trying to use a greasable bolt with. Did the kit come with new bushings that you can press in that the greasable bolt fits into?
Your choices look to be to use the stock bolt or buy bushings to match the greasable bolt.

Well got everything but skids back on. LBJs, inner and outer tie rods w/ new boots and energy suspension steering rack bushing(the hardest of all it). Took about 4 1/2 hours. Got the alignment close. Drives pretty straight but I’m gonna drop it off tomorrow for an alignment. It’s suppose to rain so I’m glad it’s all done. The old parts are now trail spares

Usually greaseable bolts have to go with specific bushings, which brand of greasable bolts did you buy? If you have the OEM bushings then you'll likely have to use OEM or same size bolts

For example I've got the Daystar greaseable bolts that came with their own specific bushings

@xtremewlr you posting pics of your bumper progress has inspired me to start working on mine. Started today making the wood template. After a few more adjustments it should be done. Then I’ll be making a cad file and start cutting some metal :headbang:

Drop bracket lift and booger welds
Your going to need to press the old bushing sleeves out too.
