I'm wearing my Rolex Ceramic 2 Tone Submariner. I bought it new and replaced the band with one from Rubber B the 1st-2nd week I had it. The original 18K and stainless band is carefully wrapped in the the box, and was only worn once or twice for a few minutes.

I'm not typically a Rolex fan. 1. Because I cant afford them. 2. Because I dont like the look of some.

    But that watch is beautiful...

That's pretty nice, I like the "simple but unique" look.

Thanks a bunch. I think it looks a lot better without the factory Oyster bracelet. It has a little too much bling. The Black Rubber B tones it down a lot.
There's a little of a funny story behind this watch. I was looking for a new SS Submariner with no luck finding one. I did find this watch but was unsure about buying it because of it being a little too flashy. I was about a week away from having surgery to have both my hips replaced (same day) when I found this one. I decided to go ahead and buy it and put it on a credit card that was in my name only. If something did happened during surgery, then my wife would have a little something extra without having to financially responsible. Not that money would be an issue with all the life insurance and all my 401K she would have. But that was the excuse I used to her, to justify buying it. :D
Nothing did happen thank The Good Lord and I paid it off when the bill came due the next month.

Nice! That's pretty unique take on a diver's watch  I just picked up an Alpina myself (Pilot Heritage 130). I'd never heard of them till a month ago, but apparently they've been around since the 1800's

It's a Tachymeter, you time how long it takes to go a mile and it tells you how fast you were going. Most watches put them around the outside of the dial now, but the snail style was popular in the 20's-30's

The Luminox looks great in the bracelet, and I really like that dial color. I’m pretty sure that SKX is a 009. The 007 has a black bezel and oyster bracelet. The 009 has the Pepsi bezel and Jubilee bracelet.

Definitely not worth it for the J in my opinion.

I switch straps/bracelets on my watches just about every day. I decide what watch I want to wear, then decide on what strap lol

NATO straps are where it’s at. You can change those in just a couple seconds.

Yep I can change watch faces. I've DL'ed a few other watch faces but I like the stock one changed to blue the best. As long as it tells me the time, date, battery % and weather temp at a glance I'm good. All the other stuff I can find by clicking around

It's the 1st smartwatch I've ever had. My nice watch is a Fossil & my daily go-to watch is a Coleman

    No Rolex here lol

Anyone here have a Nixon watch? I like their styles but haven't come across much on the company other than their out of California, been around since 97/98 and have a couple of different movements they use.
