That black with gray buttons looked pretty slick. Especially with the red panic button.

I'd be down! I'd also prefer a black or dark gray with red buttons... maybe zombie green...

I like the idea of TRD red, black buttons. That would work great with my silver sky taco with red accents. Honestly I'm flexible on most of the basic colors. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these.

I'm down to do MGM. But what is going to be the hardest is matching plastic injection molded to a metallic paint with clear coat. I'll see what I can do.
Hmm a zombie green would be pretty cool. Think it would be very popular?
Pop you OEM key fob apart, remove PCB and rubber cover. Install into Meso fob.
I am making the buttons different color.. just not sure if I want to get into the whole mix-n-match thing since I'll already have a ton of other combinations. Maybe just sell the colored button packs by themselves for people that want to customize
I'd say end of the month or early April
I just had to do it
    [IMG]

As you can see the fob is color matched to quicksand, and magpul's FDE is a few shades darker.

So the question everyone is wondering about is the TRD logo. I have been struggling with the decision about putting it in the mold. I have came to the conclusion I will NOT be doing it. Yes I know, I will probably loose out on sales but here's my reasoning:
1)I want to start promoting MY company, and MY design. I have put a lot of effort and time into these projects so it's nice to have my own stamp on something.
2)Tooling and production costs are EXPENSIVE. The last thing I want is to get a letter from Toyota legal and then have to go redo all the molds. I am going to play it safe, and have no legal worries.
Yes I do sell other products with TRD, but most of those are either Badges, or 3D printed. So if the day ever comes, I can just stop making them. With the key fob, once it's in the mold it's in stone(steel in this case haha)

With that said, I am going to keep my logo small and subtle on the backside so there would be more than enough room above it for a TRD vinyl decal from say @rrentrop

I'll still take one whether you put TRD on it or not. Your work is most excellent! And these will be much more ergonomic on the keychain than the factory one.
