Idaho to Banff in June. Any suggestions?

    Flying in and out of Spokane Washington in June, heading over to Sandpoint Idaho to check out the area and then plan to drive up to Banff and possibly Lake Louise. Have about 10 days. Would love to have any recommendations for things to do in June in those areas. Love all things outdoors so any suggestions appreciated! Good food spots appreciated too!

    there was a pretty good thread on this not too long back, so search and see if you can find it... it mentioned Banff and Louise.

    i also highly recommend Lake Peyto. a little off the beaten path, similar to Louise but more private and intimate, and i think just a little bit better... if it suits your trip.

    There's cool things to see in fossils and minerals shops. Then ammolite also makes a beautiful souvenir!!
