You definitely need to lower the main part of the bumper. You have to install and tighten that part before doing the lower part

Get the top part lined up and tightened first, then lower part. I tried that too and zero holes lined up if I didn’t do top first

    Here is my gap

I just put on the new 5 piece design and am very happy. I am on stock suspension now and need to beef up the front end. The local 4x4 shop suggested using the ARB 886 coils with 5100 bilstein shocks. I have read allot of positives and negatives to this setup on here. Is anyone running the 885 or 887 with Billie's and 200 lbs hanging off the front? I've heard the 9000s that are sold with the 886 coils are too stiff.

Looks like you are having an issue getting all the pieces aligned to look more seamless or is that how its supposed to look?

I just noticed that.. isn’t the upper part supposed to be one piece? Compared to the pics on the first page of this...

No they actually stopped making the 2 piece disign and have now switched to a 5 piece disign now. I'm not a fan of it anymore. I was gonna buy it but dont think I will anymore.
