We can still use some pulleys to get two kayaks and a canoe hung up and out of the way so I can get them out of the garage.

 

Then we can use them for the lift?? you read my mind! Multipurpose!

At this point, make the truck a pavement princess, buy a $5k fzj unlocked, lock it, gear it, beef up front axle ends, gear the tcase, throw some 35’s on her (which will fit with no lift and some trimming!). There you go a 10k beast machine!

Problem fellas - As far as I know, I didn’t have the issue prior to today. Installed some new BD hardware and now the traction control doesn’t seem to be working? Switch is lighting up but does not seem to be turning on/off. I’ll check it once I get the 4WD off (blinking currently) once I get the truck out of the shop. Any ideas?

 

Never mind all, seems still being in 4 wheel was the issue! All good, pics to come of the new hardware!!

My lift will just be a 2 post 9k lbs. anytime someone needs it your welcome to it. I don’t have heat or ac. But I do have propane heater. I also have mig tig and plasma. Working on setting up a Powder coat oven also. 10’x10’. But that will likely be in the fall.

My brother in law doesn’t have the shop space at his business and doesn’t weld since he sold his boat shop. So I benifit by getting the tools and powder coat stuff in trade for storing his camaros and boat. But in a 5300sqft shop I might have some room.... seems like a reasonable trade right?
