What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Replaced OEM grille with TRD Faux grille. Now working through the "clean sensor" error. May be ordering the OEM garnish if the errors don't clear out soon.

 

Same one I have. Almost a year with it no issues.

 

What CB are you using?

Installed Redline Tuning Hood Lifts.

 

I'm happy with it. Most difficult part of the install for me was doing the measuring. After reading many people saying "Measure Twice", I thought damn, I better get it perfect or it won't function properly. In reality, yeah you've got to measure accurately, but if you're off by a 1/16" inch it makes little difference. Also stabbed my thumb trying to get a little screwdriver under the strut connector.

One other thought. I painted the holes after I drilled them but I realized as I installed the pop rivets that this paint was probably scrapped off.

Did a quick install on my white grille lights from runnin4tacos. I just used a fuse tap for now but I’ll probably wire directly into the DRLs as shown in their video.

 

I believe they’re the same, except the 5125 is longer to accommodate a bigger lift

 

What wheels are those?

 

Can’t wait to get mine, have some on order

 

Finished my OBA setup today adding a bracket for the switch. Ready to roll now if need air on road, or to air down.

Also added my ditch light brackets. Wiring is setup so I have a quick connect for ditch lights. I won’t leave them on all the time.

Been thinking about both of these mods since I seen your truck

 

Got my custom center caps for my XD wheels on. Love it. This involved cutting down the stock center caps to flush with the wheel and then finding a cap that would fit.

 

High effort mod complete. Gasshole install
