Need to replace 1000 feet of wood floor. Insurance paid though- and already repaired/dried out the crawl space.

Also- that damn cooktop needs to be replaced- may end up redoing the kitchen too since I would need to get new granite for the new sizes cook top. The rough in is too large for any 30” cook top made today. I guess time to update!

We had something similar. Water heater blew and we didn't know it. Ended up with it condensation around our air vents and buckled the floor in several rooms.

I watched all three films of the “Man With No Name” trilogy this week. Eastwood is great in these!
Having watched Yojimbo (& Sanjuro) many times, I liked the Yojimbo parallel scenes.

Mine is undermount now- but we need to replace. I like the ine you posted. We were considering a large single sink bin like that. Nver really understood why sinks continue to have a divider now- especially when there is a dish washer, lol.

Oh- our builder put the entire kitchen on top of the finished wood floor.

    Funny you mentioned that ...
My youngest just pulled the pull-out kitchen sink faucet all the way out- sending a fountain accross the kitchen!
I found it just became unscrewed & reattached it.

We stayed with a divider but one side is small and the other is pretty big and deep. The small side is very handy when you want a little dishwater without filling a big sink.

I always name my vehicles, sometimes several times before one sticks.
The Miata is Fenix, as it has been reborn (was white) in a new guise. Formerly “Polar Bear” & “Thunder Sled”
xB is “The Flying Brick,” formerly “Flying Pig” (based on a comment from a Honda driver saying “it’ll be fast when pigs fly,” them I passed him on a mountain roads & left him so far behind that I was able to get out & be waiting at a turn off with my arms folded leaning on the side. His response: It still looks like a pig!” Before that, it was the Damn Squirrel (silver- named by another xB driver that said following waa like trying to chase a damned squirrel.

I’ll probably end up using both, in reality.
