    Just checking it out. I was thinking about doing on of the two sides flip over ones like my friend has. Been wanting to try some Belgian waffles with the pearl sugar in them.

    This is the one my friend has and it seems to do a good job (bought it for him for Christmas about 4 years ago).

    I put a liberal amount of Lea&Perrin's on it. I won't buy any other kind. In fact, it's the only "sauce" I allow on my steaks.

    there was a local restaurant that made a chocolate, coffee, chili dry rub for their steaks. one of the best steaks i've ever eaten. no idea how they made it or how long they marinated it but it was outstanding.

    also, didn't win the cooking competition at work but everyone who tried my cupcakes said they were awesome. there ended up being a bunch of desserts so there was a lot to choose from.

    Coffee is a great pair with beef and I imagine cocoa would be as well... Sorry about your pot luck. I figured there would be mostly desserts in this collab I did but so far its ribs and steaks so I too may fade into the background
