23 confirmed dead in the tornado outbreak yesterday. Hope everyone on here and loved ones of those here are all accounted for. Mike, @Toyotacrawler and Bart @baldridge are the only active ones I can think of at the moment.

lol but I don't have a great reason to backup that request.

they put you and I on 15 man and 17 man teams. does common sense not tell you to make it 2 16 man teams? who ran the draft, 4 year olds?

Guys we are ok. Mike and I helped with a search and rescue yesterday afternoon shortly after it hit. Words can’t describe the damage! Seeing on TV and social media aren’t nearly the same as in person.

Pretty rough time they had down in Beauregard. They are still searching this morning but at this point I would assume it's more a recovery situation. Found this radio in the rubble about 200 yards from where a house used to be. Can't help but wonder if it was on, plugged in, set etc. etc. There were deceased near this location. (book had a name, that's why it's covered)

I'd like to get a count on the number of tornadoes. I only knew of one they were covering (the big one) that was near Tuskegee when they placed a Warning. That's almost 20 miles as the crow flys away from Beauregard. The tornado was traveling at 60-65 mph per reports, that's 15-20 minutes to take action. Ample time to take shelter or get the heck out of the way if your in a trailer. People don't listen. I think that is the saddest part. That being said, in my opinion, the only way to survive this one was underground or get out of the path. If you have 15 minutes, you have time to drive north or south.

Hard to believe I sold these without lug nuts or TPMS for $900 back then. This is the reason I have $220 in my current wheel and tire setup and have one extra new rim.

Anita and I were on I-65 between Greenville and Montgomery when one went over us. I'm guessing it was the same one that hit Lee County. It was raining so bad I could barely see and suddenly it let up and the sky turned yellow. That's when I noticed debris blowing east to west while the trees were blowing west to east. All these morons started stopping on the side of the road with no shelter.

I punched the Camry and we bounced!

@medic2230 Murph I drew a line from the neighborhoods Bart and I searched to the tower on 280. This would be the probable path. It didn't miss you by much!
