Was hanging out in the Sonoran Desert National Monument a couple of months ago and camping just above the Barry Goldwater bombing range. Monday-Friday from 9-am to 4pm A-10's would intermittently use our Tacoma as a marker on the ground to set up for a turn around the low hill next to us and then let loose with their nose cannon. 3-8 second long bursts. Kinda sounded like what a semi driving over a reeeal long steel cattle grate in the ground would sound like. I thought it was kinda awesome...my dog, not so much. We eventually moved more North to a quiter spot.

If you off road steelies. If your a mall crawling bitch aluminum. Reason steel rims you can hammer dents out of them. Aluminum look cool but that's it. They are lighter and stiffer not stronger.

This is going to be an interesting work week....got two huge studios all to myself and pretty much nothing to do. Suppose I'll spruce up the ol' resume.

I've driven on treadwrights, they were uh... Not good to say the very least since you expressed a liking of them.

Take all the cubicles and make a fort around your desk. I did it to annoy one of my coworkers. Didn't work she loved it and refused to fix it lol

I have a confusing setup. My office is half windows, and it's all mine, but I still have 3/4 of a cubicle too because that's what my company uses for all their desks so it can be wall mounted :/

BFG will never call you unless you threaten to litigate, no worries there.

-shrug- don't know what to tell you there. I've had several sets, and have rolled down the highway at upwards of 75MPH without issue.

I also run Centramatic wheel balancers on everything I drive, mount my own tires manually, and static balance them. The Centramatics are just there to put a fine "polish" on the balance. My SAS S10 rolls out smooth at 75MPH.. on 35s.

EDIT: misspoke. I don't have Centramatics on the Tacoma. Yet.

huh that is kind of weird, so each desk is it's own 3/4 cubicle all in one? I think I've seen those actually. I've thought about the cubicle thing a little more and I actually wonder if maybe I would've liked it back when we had our whole team here...a couple of them used to drive me nuts and a cubicle might have helped my sanity a bit. But they're all gone now...so...yeah...

I haven't had a window in my workplace in... jesus, 22 years now (and that was Advanced Auto, side job).

It's part of TEMPEST. "Thou shall not have windows... or ways to EM eavesdrop on communications..."
