    does what happens to the metal before it's forged or cast not count as part of the shackles manufacturing process or how it's made? I would think how the metal is handled before it's cast or forged is different based on where and who makes the shackles.

    does this have a way to mount to bed rail? I could see it being of use to rinse an animal.

    sure, but as proven by soft shackles, other materials can work to perform the same jobs. same with folks using different metals for same purposes. yes, some are stronger, but according to the ratings (and as I have said umpteen million times now to check for more manufacturer info) non 100%-identical material items can and are made in identical fashions.

    Matt is a testament to some chinese shackles performing just fine.

    i saw a post when i searched the bed rail under bed cover. They just move the tank above the wheel wells and it fits perfectly with the boxes.
