6cylinder going to be in need of timing belt (if it hasn't been done), the price for that service can vary depend on who does it

engine compartment look a bit weathered, if the guy wanted to really sell for 13k firm he shoulda had a 75 dollar detail job on that imo

depending on the area that you are in price will fluctuate drastically. 13k sounds like they know what it is and don't have to sell it. If you could get it for 10k that would be steep as well but IDK. HOW bad do you want it? Should be mint for that price man. Like - partial resto lol

 

is this a Toyota used dealer selling this? they seem to mark up inventory quite a bit

also should check the clutch, that aint a cheap fix I think if its getting ready to go
