Not until people learn to take pictures straight... yeah artistic angled pics are cool and all, but fucking useless when trying to show window tint...

They didn't specify what percentage he had. For all I know it was 90% or 2%. Either way, the prosecution used it against him. "Here, the evidence regarding the shallow tread on the car tires, a missing lug nut, and the improper window tinting is relevant because it tends to prove driving circumstances under which the Defendant could reasonably foresee jeopardizing others' safety."

I've signed 'off road use' waivers on every tint job I've ever had done, but I haven't and never would consider tinting the windshield.

Unless you live in BFE with no street lights, and drive with just fog lights, you’re not running anyone over. 30% windshield, 5% side windows.

But dude, your side vision . It's not always you'll be in very lit areas like freeway and such.
Check your state for tint laws.

5% front and rear. No problem seeing at night, just have to pay attention. Only reason I did not tint my windshield is because I am in CA and tint laws here are really strict and don’t even allow tint on your front windows. My TACO is registered in FL. I have been here for almost 2 years now and lucky cops have not messed with me. I think windshield tint would be enough to get the cops attention...
