Airgas is where I swap my tanks. I also have a full C25 tank that I never use after buying a TIG machine.
I can cut you a good deal on the tank if you are interested.

FYI the tank from air gas was somewhere in the $200-250 range plus fill that put it slightly over $300 if i remember correctly. PM me for a price I will sell it for a good bit less than that because it is just sitting collecting dust.

Where in the Lehigh Valley ??

I most often get it pretty cheap because all The Distributors are Customers .

    Then I have 4 120 Cuft tanks and 1 300 Cuft .That I own

Walk in Customers for the most get taken and pay Top Dollar

There is really a wide margin in prices

Your better off buying a cylinder or 2 so your not charged a rental fee every month

Decide who has the best hours to fit your needs

    Nice Marks from the differentials

I was about to write that there are people around the Forum that own Farm jacks, but then looked again, and I have no idea about that brand...

As much as this seems to be a decent deal, and for that matter you might never actually use your jack for recovery, keep in mind that some accessories available on the market are design to fit actual Hi-Lift brand jack, and might not fit some farm jacks.

I walked around looking for random people inside that could possibly be you or your wife but didn’t see anyone other then the trainer and desk girl.

She isn’t walking with a walker is she?

No she is not using a walker anymore, she was likely in Theresa's room and does some stuff with her in the main Gym. She said she will look for you next time she see's your truck there.
