Got tboned/swiped by an oil field truck that looked like it was heading overseas to war. Not a big of damage on it, but I wasn’t so lucky.

This is my first accident. I live in WV where apparently you need to meet 75% damage based of the cars value for it to be totaled...

    What do you guys think?

IF there is frame damage, it may total out. But if its all cosmetic at 75%, your looking at repairs.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
All you need is a new bumper, fender, doors, cab & bed! That ones headed for the scrap yard bud. Get well soon, sorry for your luck.

Idk, going to depend on frame. Doesn't look like air bags deployed.

Air bags usually dictate what's totaled and what's not.

If the airbags deployed its probably a goner. I came from a total. Doesn't look like much but the estimate came in at $17k not including teardown. Who knows what they'll find after they start that process. Hope you're ok. I wouldn't want that truck back.6625a1c4-c6f5-440d-8359-147173083e48.jpg

How hard do you have to hit an airbag sensor with a hammer to deploy them? :anonymous: That truck looks like a goner, and if it isn't it would be dead to me anyways.

Looks like a total to me. Like others have said, I wouldn't take it back if they repaired it. No way that truck will ever be the same again.

Can’t tell if the frame is tweaked but it looks fixable about 17k
