Aww! You removed almost all of the Rausch Creek scars from that aluminum skid. I guess you will just need to make some new ones of your own.:mudding:

Mine came with 2 grease packs for the inner in one kit and only 1 for the other. I wasnt sure if they forgot one or put in an extra.

Make sure to super lube them before install helps a lot.

Interesting, all of mine have come with 2 packets per boot. One big bag, and one tiny bag.

We will get you out soon enough. Even if I have to find a way to kidnap you and your truck.

Good morning Lair! Pretty excited for actually being a Monday. The house hits the market officially today!! We finally did it! Now to find a place we both like without the whole "two steps forward, one step backward" process. It's getting old and it's time to buckle up and find our new forever home; for real this time.

Well, I'm working on the skids but I still need to get that right front shock issue fixed. Then another alignment. I'm going to find a place this time that doesn't want to push back so much and shoot for an even higher castor. These 265's won't last forever :anonymous:

Made a lot of progress on the truck today. Got all the mounts welded in, installed and set bump stops to the correct height, and replaced my serpentine belt/idler pullies/tensioner bearing. Did a cmc for a local member halfway through as well.

The way my old bump stops were set up, I limited up travel by 1” to not bottom out the B110. I set up these new ones to limit up travel by 1.5”, for more down travel. At full resting droop, I have an extra 1/2” of shock shaft left which should account for any additional downtravel in real world conditions. If I happen to go past that safety net, I believe there’s an internal stopper to protect the shock. So I won’t be running limit straps for now.

My to do list to be done.

    • Weld on resi mounts
    • Charge shocks
    • Replace rear shackles with new Toyota ones with poly bushings
    • Space out hard brake lines on axle by 1” (going to just get a longer bolt and stack some washers under it
    • Build 2” drop bracket for e brake cable so it’s less stressed at full droop

Forgot to give @la0d0g a shout out on those bump stops. Absolutely perfect for what I need, and for $30 a great budget option.
