So you can rotate that collar on the RR around so the inlet is in the correct orientation?

no just loosen up the hose just enough to get it to spin without letting any fluid out.

But the hose will still be at the bottom of the RR. I think what @ARCHIVE is saying (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that where your inlet is needs to be on top and yours is on the bottom right now.
See pic arrow points to where the 90* fitting needs to move to since this is your PS shock
Edit: Nope now I get it I wasn't thinking you'll loosen the hose up on the shock side and rotate it then retighten in the correct orientation NVM.

no if you loosen the hose fitting you can rotate the reservoir around the hose and have it on the other side of it.

Yeah I just edited my post. I wasn't thinking. For some reason I was thinking loosening up on the Resi side and not the shock side.

well you could loosen either, just need to rotate so the fittings 180 degrees.

Did another Archive relocation kit install on a 2nd gen this weekend.

Eric makes a great kit. Don’t think twice about buying his product.

Also, I have a set of King 2.5x12” shocks with adjusters ,that would work perfect for this kit, available for sale if anyone is in the market.

Finally got my Relocation towers installed yesterday. Everyone was impressed with the kit including myself. Before my shocks were limiting my droop, now after cycling the the travel of the leafs, I’m pulling about 13.5” of travel when the leaves fully droop out. I was expecting a tighter fit with 2.5x14 triple bypasses, but the figment is excellent. Under articulation, I will need wheel spacers as the clearance is too close for comfort with the bypass tubes the tires with 285s. All things considered, I’m very happy with the kit and it pairs great with the hammer hangers. Just gotta dial in bypasses now. :D

I’m sorry... did you just claim 13.5” of vertical travel with OME leafs?

How does your shock mount location compare to stock? More ground clearance or less?

I'll grab a picture of that tomorrow, it wasn't that far below my stock u-bolt plate.

It's really bloody close. I have the hammer hangers with the old 4.9" shackle. Picture's 2 and 3 you can just barely see the shackle is all the way rotated and my tape measure was just under 14" so take half an inch away for bump travel, vertical wheel travel is going to be close to 13.5". All that shaft you see in pictures 2 and 3 is verticle, non-articulated, with the jack at the center of the diff.

Edit: you can also see my 4+ over brake lines are almost not enough.

This makes me wonder if I should change my order to the 4.5” shackle instead of the 3.6” one

The only spring that might work with is the Dakars because they are short, but you might get some leaf separation

I do have Dakars so if I decide to would it be possible to change the order? I only placed it about a week or so ago. I’ll have to read up on leaf separation

Yeah, we can switch the shackle if you want.
But send me an email if you decide, because I'm on vacation for 2 weeks

I'm not sure why mine are so low below the axle looking at @Supra4x4 photos. Different lower shock mount? (I have the standard Archive mount tabs) 14" Shock
