I'm surprised you're just now getting on for the day, isn't it like late as hell where you are.

 

meh 1 am. i was out in the garage cleaning most of the day

 

i noticed a kink in the tundra when i had it on the rack... its only on the bottom of the c channel right below the rear of the cab. the top of the frame looks straight as an arrow... dont know what to think about that now. oh well

 

Look at another before making your mind up about it. The taco has weird ripples in the bottom section of the c channel every so often and both mine were like that. Also if it's that minor you could probably throw it on the frame rack and tweak it back

 

oh no its damage. but it honestly looks like its from something else..

 

the top of the frame rail looks laser straight. almost like it was bent in by someone not lifting it properly, or it got pulled down by something

 

That would happen from being tweaked down ya? Cause inward would do that to the top of the rail too. Could probably beat that back into shape with a sledge and forget about it.

 

eh its going on the frame puller when its at the body shop just to check if its square. i'll be able to get that straight no problem.

I want to weld plates to the frame rails in the back, no one makes plates like they do for the tacomas though. I'll have to see if one of my buddies can make me some on his works hydrojet.

or i guess i could just cut them out with the plasma cutter and clean up the edges.

I didn’t stall once.

The only reason I didn’t go any higher because I was in a parking lot and I wouldn’t dare take it on the public streets of San Francisco.

Clutch is fine. I’ll replace the shifter bushing for you though because the shifter is super sloppy.

 

im converting it to an air shifter. dont worry about it

Is that a front end of a tacoma? looks like a third gen grille floating
