Everything good? Just junk food is looking more appetizing or getting tired of dieting?

"Crap carbs" are getting harder to not grab up. And I don't use that 4-letter 'd' word (diet), one of those personal mental games for me, better to think of it as a change to your eating habits. ;)

Since I don't have an active job, I've learned the hard way that I have to control them. Much more personal mind games, you know when you tell yourself you can't, so you just end up wanting them more. That and I still have family around that doesn't come close to eating like I do, so they tend to have leftover pizza, or other things, that I just don't want around. Buuuuut, since they are there,,, can't let them go to waste (waist :p).

^^^^ Sounds bad, but I'm talking just a few lbs since the first of the year, so still in the grand scheme, not that bad, just need to find a way to get around the brain lately.

Never realized how good of shape I’ve gotten in until this. Just a steady jog. Could’ve went further but can’t be late for work over a morning jog lol.

    Trust me I know!
After new years, I had a pinched nerve in my spine. It was there for like 3 weeks. Drinking beer help a lot. Then that day it was windy as fuck. Some trees fell on my parents property. So I went to cup up the trees. Ended up getting poison ivy. That shit somehow spread to the palms of my hands. My whole hand were cover in blisters. Could barely turn the key to start the truck. That lasted another 3 weeks. So now my hands are peeling from the blisters and making my hands feel raw. I'm all sorts of fucked up

At least use a sharp knife. Butter knife would just add to the pain

All those girls are getting skinny and losing their daddy-issues without a proper supply of gym donuts!

Definitely going to stand back, sounds like you have some serious luck issues. :D

Glad to hear that it sounds like you're getting back to normal though.

Glad to see you are still going strong. When is the savage race? And what is it exactly?

That shit is fun! I have done the local “Boots on the Ground” event the last 2 years. 5 miles and about 30 obstacles. You will do fine.

Tip: if jumping off the climbing wall on to square hay bails, aim for the sides where they have not been smashed as bad. Hay has a tendency of deforming in awkward directions making it dangerous when landing.
