    I always try to take something away from everyone I interact with on a routine basis. Go back 3 bosses from now and we had a guy who could keep a poker face, act like you didn't piss him off, and leave you waiting for revenge that never quite showed up....You'd KNOW it was coming....but just never quite arrived. The anticipation of what MIGHT happen far outweighed the possibility of what COULD happen.

    Thread is gone , was about chasing an AC leak for one guy and another took it upon himself to spout how dealerships are a rip off for diagnostics and he gets them to quote a price then takes it else where if he can find it cheaper ... Yeah it devolved from there in to the feces flying from several real techs initially trying to explain umm no charge they no get pay. And went down hill on greased runners from there.
