I remember helping another member remove his, the welded nut broke off inside the frame. fuck drilling through that, we ended up cutting the cap of the bumpstop mount off with the angle grinder and welding a new nut on then welding the cap shut LOL. What a dumb design.

I'm going to start spraying the bolts down this week in hopes that mine don't have a problem but I'm not too hopeful :fingerscrossed:

Drove to Kentucky and back in one day to pick that bad boy up, she was a low rider that's for sure!

Thread wasn’t deleted, just cleaned up. 5 people in the thread got hit and it went from 4 pages to under one after clean up. Lots of insults, instigating and a couple political posts.

Well back to the bumpstop discussion.. I have Timbrens. Idk what the others cost but I know these are pricey, but they have a lifetime warranty. I lost a bumpstop one time and I just called them and they sent me a whole new set.

I think they’re plush as hell too. Rear rides on the bumpstops a lot with the current pos leaf springs.

Good. Busy with work and remodeling the house.. and now trying to get my truck back to wheeling ready. It’s been neglected for a few years. Are you building where you had to tare down a house or something? I remember you talking about that a while ago. Do you still have the Tacoma? Did you finish your trailer?

I saw some Instagram photos of the remodeling it’s looking really good. When I get this house I’m order I wanna get mine moving too.

Yep 5 acre lot where we tore an old house down. Tacoma is buried in my parents barn behind all my dads racing stuff. And the trailer hasn’t been touched since I last worked on it... :(
