i just got back from backpacking in canada.....it was crazy tough. we from sea level to +5000 feet in one day. above tree level and into the snow level.......in one day. with 65+ lb packs on.

its good sometimes taylor, it all depends where you work here. some areas will make you want to quit!!

 

I'm sure it's better than where I'm at now. I have a BS and i'm on the phone cold calling people...what a waste. I can't wait till I can promote.

 

i have a bs as well. kinda a waste if you ask me. since i have no desire to become an engineer, it was all for nothing in a way

 

Does your job atleast require you to have a degree? Mine just requires I completed Highschool lol.

 

for the average tech, at least a associates, but eng you need a bachelors or higher. one of my engineers has a masters in chemical eng. in fact, back in the day, military equivalent would have worked too
