Last time I talked to TNA it sounded like they will remove the diffs and then have another shop do the gear swap. Not necessarily a bad thing but it would be nice to know which shop is doing the gears.

There is also Six States in Ogden and Fat Bob's in Layton. Last set of gears I had setup was done by 4wheelparts, I won't be going there again.

Meh. They aren't that cool. I would personally just get normal fox, king, ADS, radflo. I'm sure the take offs of the TRD PROs will ride nice but I doubt anybody is dissecting their $50k brand new vehicles yet.

Stuff and things that make it better.
I did my own gears/lockers but have heard good things from six states.

Edit: If you're able to get around without your truck for a week or so, I would highly recommend pulling your diffs and sending them to Zuk in AZ.

I agree. Meh. Fox 2.0 factory is no better than the OR unless you just want the name. Get 5100 or OME for Similar money and ride quality. 2.5 fox is better but more money

    Not much stock left.
The TRD Pro Fox shocks are the sh!t. You can hit speed bumps doing 40 and they don’t break a sweat. They are dialed in to the Tacoma and ride like a dream.

Just did some searching. Those that have taken them off are listing them on Ebay for more than what I bought my Kings or similar ADS shocks for. For the below price, I did Kings F/R, Dakar Leaf packs, and brake lines.

Cool thing about Mark Miller Toyota is they have a dedicated group of guys who know their stuff about Tacomas and Tundras.

Congrats on the new Taco. I heard rock sliders are better if you plan on off roading. I have NFabs currently but I'm saving up to just bulk add all the stuff I need on my Taco.

I'm so sad I missed this. Hopefully I can catch the next meetup. Unfortunately, I work evenings at my current job. I need a day-job. Hahaha.

@trdt44 Met another great TW member with great knowledge and skills and a killer wall mounted spring compressor. Thanks for resolving my suspension issue.

It was good to meet you. Let me know if we need to lower the front a little bit before you get an alignment.

Need a recommendation for high quality powder coater in SLC. Sliders will be here next week and am thinking I want to powder coat them. Don’t plan to drop them on rocks every weekend, they are more of an insurance policy for my trail limo (DCLB).

I have a buddy in Ogden that does a good job, SN railing. I will dropping off my sliders, skids plates and bumper to be powder coated in the next week or so. I am going to have him do the zinc phosphate treatment which really helps with the corrosion resistance.

Thanks. I live in SLC but work in Clearfield, so I could drop my sliders in Ogden with minimal hassle. See if anyone else chimes in with other recommendations.
