There’s this ridiculous looking rapper named 6ix9ine and your username totally reminds me of it.

Go ahead and mute the video to spare your ears, but this is what he looks like.

Doubt it will. Most states dont care enough to sink that much money into fixing potholes, let alone inspecting what drives into said potholes.

So I got that 1/2" steel spacer to put on the rear/driver's side to counter the lean I get from the back (front doesn't lean, just the bed especially when my gas tank is full).

I know it's easy to install, but trying to think of the easiest way to put it on without doing anything unnecessary....just unbolt the u-bolts and center pin to the leaf pack, slide the spacer underneath, put the new pin and reattach the u-bolts. Sound right?

Also i find it is easier to line up the axle when you have the other side loose because then you can move the axle by hand into place

yeah I'm hoping I can just undo the one side since all I'm doing is sliding a .5" spacer underneath...just gotta be able to push the leaf pack up enough to get it in there

Jack the truck up and do the U bolts push the axle to the side a little fanBig C clamps on the leaf pack so they don’t spread when you take the center pin out

I was thinking I could do it without jacking the truck up, no? Slide a dowel or punch into the leaf pack to keep them from getting out of alignment, maybe put some clamps on either side. take the u-bolts off then push up on the leaf pack just enough slide the spacer underneath. If I can't get the leaf pack to go up with my own strength then I could jack up that side of the truck just enough to take the leaf pack off the axle just enough to slide it under.

Guess I'll figure it out as I go lol
