Finally got my suspension, wheels and tires installed last week:

Yezzir, that is correct!

Assuming you're adding at least a 2/3" lift to your truck, pay attention to the offset of the wheel you're getting.

The wheel I chose was a 17 x 9.5, -18 offset, which resulted in a much deeper CMC cut than I had desired.

If you're gonna run a 17 x 8.5, 0 offset, you might be able to get away with just the CMC cut and pinch weld flattening.

 

Thanks man! I just went with the OME coil overs and All-Pro UCAs in the front. Dakar leaf packs and OME shocks in the rear. Lift height is probably shy of 3" as most have claimed on here.

 

what size and brand of tires? I like them with those wheels. Looking for that look too!

Here's my Cement taco

 

Went out last weekend to test how the taco would do in some mud and to shoot some photos with a couple friends and their taco. Stock wheels/tires and suspension did well until I got stuck in some soft clay on an incline and had to get winched out. I’ve been piecing my lift together so all that’s left is for some 888’s and new leafs. Probably gonna lose the predators too. Plenty of fun was had though!
