    I'm jotting this down.

What would hubcentric spacers do for your vibrations?

    Thanks for the link!

Most wheels are "wheel centric or lug centric" meaning that the wheel is centered on the hub via the wheel studs and lug nuts

Hub centric wheels are centered via the hub.

Toyota factory wheels are hub centric, most aftermarket wheels are lug centric.

thinking about adding one of these versatile bars to the gym.. one of my biggest complaints ever in the gym was not getting the "good" or "acceptable" bar at the gym. A poor bar throws off your whole bench, squat, and deadlift, and this bar is rated great at all, but a master of none.

Neither. Squat cleans or snatch. Those movements are to me where a quality bar really shines.

I agree for the most part. I read about all the different movements for the rogue bars and this is basically an Ohio bar with knurles that make it a great all arounder.

It’s not super flexible or pop like making it great for slow heavy movements, but yet will still flex on dead’s.

Any rogue bar is the tits. I’ve used a lot of bars. Both name brand and no names, and you could always feel the rogues were a cut above.

I really want a new cerakote ohio, but I can’t justify the money to replace my current one that does everything just the same.

I paid 250 for this 400 dollar bar. So it’s expensive, but a great deal. Also barbell is the main thing you use in the gym, didn’t think I should skimp on it.

You need it, or are going to the meet? Where’s it at Huntsville?
