Volk racing TE 37 on my tacoma

I wanted to go bigger tires but it rubs so much with the "CMC" done also.... i was told to get the caster adjusted.....

 

^^The poke past the fender isnt nearly as pronounced as I thought it be with -20 offset wheels and spacers. Looks good.

Are the tires 285? Nvm, just read you're using spacers. Front profile they stick out a lot.

Yes, those are the originals! Takes me back to my youth in the early 70's. Truly the best of times that we shall not see again. Those two were prominent threads in the fabric of that time for any red-blooded suburban American kid.

Those two are worth their weight in gold. If you think the new "MiniTrail" is hard to find, try buying one of those two. Don't forget the Enduro-style Honda 70 of that era also. I've ridden all three, as only an exuberant pre-teen can, and the Enduro 70 was the best among them. While not as packable at the MiniTrails, it was better suited to over-the-trail travel, save for really deep mud.

Admittedly, there are places that our Tacos cannot go, and places before then that I'm going to stop so as to preserve my Taco. At that point I'm going to unload the new version of the MiniTrail and continue on, to those places that we wouldn't reach otherwise. IF I can find one to buy.

ANY of those will be the ultimate front bumper eye candy, and the perfect front/rear weight redistribution solution.

Thanks, I'm running the 2nd gen TRD Pro Bilstein suspension (basically the 6112/5160 combo) with wheelers 3 add a leaf in the rear. Weather has been crappy here but I'll try to take some better pictures soon.

 

When you're too poor to afford center caps you paint your rusted hubs. Looking for some black OG ones, anyone know where to get them, not much of a fan on the newer ones.

 

Looks better without IMO.

 

I like it without the caps unless it's the older OG ones
