Broken clip trd pro grille.

So i ordered a pro grille from runnin4tacos. As i unpacked i noticed one of the clips was broken. Do you guys think it will be noticable once installed(rattling and such)? Id hate to go through the return process and wait for another grille. Thanks
UPDATE: Tuan from runnin4tacos was very helpful ans offered to replace it and rush me a new grille if something went wrong. He also said one clip shouldnt effect the install.

 

I'd return it but that's just me. If you try installing it and it doesn't work, they may not accept the return. I'd find out what their return/exchange policy is first and go from there.

 

One clip won’t matter. Many people on here bought from the dealers had one or two broken and they went on fine

Seems to me you paid for a new grille... without defect. A decent company will send out a replacement and wait for the return (using same shipping box). If not, let us know which company NOT to use.

YOU are not an a&&hole for expecting perfect items for full price.... Things happen in shipping ALL the time.

it would probably be ok. but honestly I would contact them and see what they were willing to do. if I buy something new and it comes broken, I expect it to be made right. if I break it, then well thats on me.

Hahaha it takes more than 14 days to recieve the product from them. I think its rediculous that I would be on the hook for getting a defective product.

 

wow, so if they sent a broken part YOU have to pay your own shipping for an exchange? thats bullshit! I won't be buying anything from them!

Seen a quick video they did on Tacoma raptor lights and look like decent guys

I broke 2 clips on removal of my Sport grill

 

this is an integral part of the grill right?
its not a piece that can just be taken off and swapped with one from your STOCK grill can it?

Yeah, definately not trying to blast them. Mostly just came here to see if anyone had installed with broken clips and if it worked.

 

they are all over Instagram all the time, I follow them on there. they seem like good guys for sure. but just reading their return policy, that is enough to turn me off from buying anything there. hopefully they will do the right thing, but if not, it is stated right there in black and white to cover their arse.

Oh yeah, i doubt its the sellers fault. This thing did come all the way across an ocean. From what ive seen they have good customer service so we will see.
