Luckily I have almost 3 acres to do it on but it's too fricken cold.

Cool thats a good idea. Just a concern when it rains. How did you secure the front flap?

I had a little downtime at work and needed to take a break from studying so I decided to try out a Turtle-Wax brand “black paint” cleaner and wax kit. I’m usually a Maguire’s fan but it turned out ok. Was a pain in the ass though.

Love the white LED Raptor lights, where did you get them from? Always see amber but I've always wondered what white would look like

Runnin4tacos offers both white and amber now. I preferred the white as well. Super nice fitment with a little shaving in the grille and the wiring harness couldn't be easier. Their page has videos that show exactly what you need to do to get them installed cleanly. 10/10 would recommend

As with most of my mods, today's very simple easy one involved a trip to Blaine...so the fifteen minutes it took me to install a few LED interior lights actually cost me 4 hours; it's about one hour each way, then another 15 minutes to Ferndale, where I had my favourite breakfast - Nobody in Canada does biscuits and gravy and eggs - at my favourite greasy spoon, without the benefit of my wife's assistance with my dietary restrictions. I am sure that all increases my TacomaMod Points Plan credits :D

Waiting on all the bits from Meso to do it right, but these were inexpensive - dome light, map lights and vanity lights cost me about US$20....and I can move them into my wife's RAV4 when it is time...and most of all, I can actually see things in my cab now. I have no doubt that higher end lights are gonna be much better, but even these are an incredible improvement over the stock bulbs. This ranks up there with the bed mat as one of the most practical improvements I've done.

For the record, I did the one red/one white map light on purpose....I actually quite liked the "Tactical to Practical" light I had in my last work car. And when they both come on together, it provides a soothing ambience that melts my stress away...

Woah... Seriously... tell all your friends that the Rabid Honey Badger crisis is a mess. It's really not a good place to relocate to. Colorado is just horrible.

I’m running the same wheels plastidipped with 2” spacers and 265/70/16 Wildpeak’s. At least until I can afford TRD Pro wheels.

Nice! Do you have any pics you could post so I can get a feel of how the wheels would look with the spacers. I’m also looking to buy new rims in the future. The TRD pro wheels are a good choice
