I think you should check with law enforcement about local parking ordinances.
And put the towing company into the contacts list on your phone.

People that don't have respect for your driveway are not going to give a shit about that stupid sign . Check and see if you are allowed to paint the curb in front of the driveway red or yellow or something then put up a real sign . The guy who said to move was right .

I am dealing with a neighbor actually possibly neighbors with dog curbing issues, aside from showing dog shit in their face I am at a loss of ideas myself

A guy I worked with his neighbor shot some bottle rockets that landed on his roof . He went over and told them no more . They broke a window out of his car I guess they was mad . He went over and broke every window out of their car . I asked aren't you worried they will do something back . He got up in my face and kinda screamed if I broke all your windows out would come back at me and I said no .

My property value is still strong despite the tent city down the street. The city is actually cracking down and clearing them out. Which really doesn’t surprise me because libs think everyone but themselves should be “doing their fair share”.

Put 2 traffic cones in front of your driveway.... you'll need to get out and move them every time to get in or out and they may become part of the tent city eventually.

You need two things. Towing signs, from the closest towing company. And a good relationship with the Officer that works the beat where you live. If they are in hour drive way call the tow truck. If they are parked on the street blocking your drive way, call the cop.

Yes anyone owning a residence or business can legally call a tow truck to remove a car blocking access to their property

It's called PPI or private property impound , when I used to be a Autoclub tow truck driver I did many PPI's
