    AMP Powerstep, UC Flex, bed lights, Opt7 Tailgate bar, black tailgate lettering Pending: re-configure tail light,s custom storage pocket bags, pinch weld painting, blackout badges, ......
    The not on unless in gear/brake released is a MT thing. My truck is AT, light switch stays in the Auto mode, and if the ignition is on so are the DRLs. I have not checked to see if that is true in ACC mode or not. Does not matter if the engine is running or the gear selection. I was previously unaware of or had forgotten about the setting via Entune.

    I was wondering the same, one morning. I was kind of confused to why my drl’s weren’t on. But after I released my parking brake, it turned on. I don’t really use my parking brake when I’m parked in my garage.

    ALWAYS use your parking brake! Even on flat ground. I do parking brake then put it in park to ensure the Truck does not sit against the gears.
