Stupid isn't it. Lets light up a switch that we can't see and prolly never use instead of the 4x4 switch that is used damn near all the time real inteligent, but I did find someone here that makes an LED setup for the switch which I ordered form ebay last night. He offred different color combos. Here is the link

Got paid today. I want one but I got a question first, sorry too lazy to look through 38 pages for the answer.

Does this switch dim with all the other lights with it wired into the climate controls as described?

Nice Mod! No more fumbling in the dark for the 4 wheel selector when I start skidding on a snowy highway at night.

This looks like a more elegant and cheaper solution than modifying a 4 runner switch.

    I ordered one right away!

Shannon, you PMed me that you'd shipped mine to Sumas on the First of July, and it's still not there. Are you sure it went out that day- hard to believe the US Mail is so slow it cannot deliver in 10 days. How did it go? Have you got a tracking # for it I can use?

Installed mine this morning in about 20 minutes. I did it by stripping a small piece of the ac power wires and tying in the led board wires to it. Works great and no need for any extra pieces.
If u do it this way be extra careful when stripping the ac wires.
Thanks rcbs for a great product.
